1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the delicate and natural nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item
arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify for a return:
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photos showing the issue.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

brief description of the issue. Our support team will review your request and guide you through
the return process

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged,
defective, or incorrect upon delivery. In such cases, we will cover or reimburse the return
shipping fee.
